Before entering into the heart of this post and discovering how ebooks work together, let’s try to understand what we are talking about.

The ebook, short for electronic book, are files that contain within them books (including texts, images, tables and so on) reproducible on various types of devices: computers, tablets, smartphones etc. A separate chapter, then, deserve the ebook reader, devices dedicated exclusively to reading books in electronic format: we will deal with it in a few minutes.

Another important thing to know is that ebooks can be distributed in a free or paid way and can be enclosed in various types of files, each with different characteristics and properties: to find out more, see the next paragraph of this article.
